          Dr. Frank Baldwin 

     Dr. Frank graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and then was granted a Doctorate of Optometry, with highest honors, from the Illinois College of Optometry.

     He was honored as the "Wisconsin Optometrist of the Year", was nominated for the "National Optometrist of the Year" and has served as president of several state and regional optometric organizations.

      A passion for big game hunting resulted in trips to most western U.S. states, Canadian Provinces and an African Safari. He is recognized in both world record books; Boone & Crockett and Safari Club, for a world record Canadian Moose and a Western Mule Deer.

      He is certified in both diagnostic and therapeutic pharmaceutical agents with an emphasis in glaucoma and cataracts. His special area of expertise is with children that have learning difficulties associated with visually induced concentration or attention deficit problems.

               Dr. Trevor Baldwin

     Dr. Trevor was born and raised in Sun Prairie, this gives him a real connection with the people of the area. He has also traveled extensively and lived in Australia for over six years.

      He attended the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire before moving to Pacific University where he completed his undergraduate studies and doctorate of Optometry degree. He is certified in both diagnostic and therapeutic ocular disease management. Receiving advanced training in eye trauma, macular degeneration and dry eye treatment.

      Married and the father of two children, Dr. Trevor prides himself in providing excellent family friendly eye care.

Laura joined Baldwin Eye Care, LLC in 2002 as a receptionist.  Advanced training and education allowed her to move into the Optician position; although she is well versed in all areas of the office.  Fashion plays a large part in frame styling.  Her experience in the field of fashion and eyewear helps people see and look their best, by matching their needs with the perfect eyewear.

Her husband, two children and three step-children enjoy their time off          boating, swimming and socializing with friends.  Laura also has a passion for photography, especially sunsets and scenery.

Jacqlyn started at Baldwin Eye Care, LLC in May of 2006 as a receptionist.  She graduated from Herzing College with a degree in medical coding and billing.  As the needs of the office expanded she assumed the role of insurance coordinator.

She is a mother of three, which keeps her very busy.  She enjoys spending time with her children at the Monona pool, Dream Castle playground and traveling throughout the state visiting family and friends.

Jane has been an employee at Baldwin Eye Care, LLC since 2002 as the Optometric Technician.  She enjoys working with people of all ages.  Her job duties include: pre-exam testing, optic disc scans, macular scans, visual field testing and contact lens training.

She enlisted in the United States Navy in 1982 where she was a hospital corpsman for eight years.  Her education and training varies from emergency medical technician, ambulance driver and acute care area staff member.  Upon leaving the Navy, Jane has worked in various health care facilities throughout the years.  Jane resides in Sun Prairie with her husband and two children.  She enjoys the outdoors, music and watching her children participate in various sporting events.
